Three Step Process

Step One:  Pick Your Location

We are a mobile lab.  We are able to meet you at a local field, track, court, house, and more.

We also offer two convenient locations to come see us in Costa Mesa and Garden Grove.

Step Two:  Evaluation

3 Planes analyzes your movement from walking to sports utilizing state-of-the-art technology.  The analysis report you receive will directly impact your training or rehabilitation to provide you with greater movement success.

 Movement Analyzed.  Movement Perfected.

Step Three:  Treatment

You will be working with 3 Planes movement specialists one-on-one to correct and restore normal movement patterns.  The movement specialists residency and fellowship training give them an advantage to address the movement issues specifically.   With these improved movement patterns transitioning into high level training, you will go into any activity with a new level of confidence.
